Refund policy

Heart Compass Creative Returns:

Due to the nature of my products being Original Artworks, there are no returns with the exception of damages during shipping. All originals and prints should arrive in pristine condition to the customer. If there are any issues when your painting or print arrives, please contact me within 10 days of delivery at heartcompasscreative@gmail.com.

This being said if you have any issues at all please contact me! I would love to work with you. 

INPRNT Return Policy: 

If you purchase any of my prints through INPRNT, please use their returns process to get the return started. Here is the INPRNT return policy:

Inprint accepts returns & exchanges. Contact INPRNT within 10 days of delivery. Ship items back within 25 days of delivery. Please contact INPRNT if you have any problems with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
